Dutch Baby pancake


This recipe can be made in several different sizes, so the amount of ingrediants immediately follow the cooking instructions.


Put butter in pan; melt in oven at 425 degrees. Beat eggs, add milk, then add flour. Pour batter into pan and bake 20-25 minutes.

If making a 2-3 Qt pancake, use 1/4 cup butter, 3 eggs, and 3/4 cup each of milk and flour.

If making a 3-4 Qt pancake, use 1/3 cup butter, 4 eggs, and 1 cup each of milk and flour.

If making a 4-4 1/2 Qt pancake, use 1/2 cup butter, 5 eggs, and 1 1/4 cups each of milk and flour.

If making a 4 1/2-5 Qt pancake, use 1/2 cup butter, 6 eggs, and 1 1/2 cups each o fmilk and flour.
