Overnite Mock Crab Salad
1 can crab or 6oz fresh crab
2 cans shrimp or 8oz fresh shrimp
3 cups mayonnaise
1 cup diced celery
3/4 long of sandwich-sliced white bread
2 tbs lemon juice
4-6 diced hard boiled eggs
Trim crust from bread. Butter and cube it.
Drain crab and shrimp and add to bread.
Add all ingrediants and let stand overnite in refrigerater.
Serve on platter of lettuce leaves. Garnish with parsley.
