Chinese Chicken Salad

Marinate 4 chicken breasts in Teriyaki sauce (which you may purchase at your local grocers). Broil or barbeque the chicken breasts. Shred the chicken once fully cooked. Shred 1 head of cabbage, and toss together with the chicken. Set aside until you have prepared the dressing.

Dressing ingrediants

1 pkg boullion from Top Ramen style noodles

2 tbs sugar

1/2 tsp salt

3 tbs rice wine vinegar

1/4 cup oil

Stir dressing together and pour over cabbage and meat mixture. Toss well. At the last minute, add crushed Top Ramen style noodles. Toss and serve.
