Chicken Dijon

Chicken Dijon


In a bowl, mix 3/4 cup Dijon Mustard with 1/4 cup Italian Salad Dressing. Add 8 chicken breat halves (about 2 lbs., boneless, skinless), stirring to coat. Refrigerate at least one hour. Grill or broil over medium heat 6 minutes on each side or until done.
